As they brushed past each other, Sienna Johnson intentionally bumped him with her elbow, but Adrian Desmond, tall and strong, stood unflinchingly.
Adrian only felt a numbing sensation at his waist. The single word she uttered carried a hint of reproach, tinged with a woman's coquettishness and tenderness. His body reacted almost immediately.
Watching her figure recede into the distance, Adrian grew increasingly hot and bothered. An inner yearning drove him, and he strode quickly after her.
Sienna walked very slowly, not because she was intentionally waiting for Adrian, but because she was heavily pregnant and needed to be cautious with every step.
Adrian soon caught up with her and swept her up by the waist. Startled, Sienna quickly hugged his neck.
"What are you doing?"
"I want to do you!"
"Don't!"
