"It is indeed somewhat suspicious. By rights, Brother Taiyang is already the foremost in all the God Continents at refining Taoist Yuan Pills, the only Taoist Master who can actually make money off them. And the Heavenly Dao Alliance is in urgent need of Chaos Spirit Stones—there's no reason they wouldn't sell." Taoist Master Ziyun stroked his beard and speculated, "That leaves only one explanation: someone is buying up Dao Yuan Fruit at a high price, intending to compete with you, Brother."
"Hmph!"
Taoist Master Taiyang let out a cold snort. "Those capable of refining Taoist Yuan Pills are nothing more than three: Taoist Master Taichu of Dongxia, The Blissful Master of Southern Blaze, and the Great Sumeru Buddha Lord of Xi Ruo. I've heard that Old Ghost Hongzhen has managed three pills out of his last two furnaces—seems his luck is fairly decent. Most likely he's mistaking luck for actual ability and foolishly dreams of competing with me in Alchemy."
