Thinking of this, Stella York couldn't help but feel a bit distressed. She didn't argue with her parents anymore and instead went straight to the Kitchen to help her Father.
The family, just like when she was young, with her Mom nagging on the side, she accompanied her Father busy in the Kitchen.
By the time the Dishes were all ready, Mrs. York was still on the telephone contacting a blind date for her.
"I've told you earlier to listen to me, even if you don't get married, you should at least have a Boyfriend. But no, you insisted on saying you're busy with Work and turned down all the people I introduced to you, refusing to even meet them. Now look, when your age is mentioned, everyone worries you're too old, and what if you can't have a Child? So tell me, what are we going to do now?"
As soon as Mrs. York hung up the telephone, she walked over to the Dining Table with a dissatisfied Face.
"Mom, let's eat." Stella's eyes dimmed as she glanced down at her belly.
