As Harrison Yale pondered this, his entire being exuded a cold and fierce aura. His eyes darkened as he tore open the envelope.
Once the envelope was open, Harrison realized there was no paper inside, only several photos.
He froze slightly, flipped the photos over to see who was in them, and his body became rigid!

His hand holding the photos silently tightened, fingertips firmly pinching the photos, as if he couldn't believe the picture in them...
"I'm back." Emma Aiden pushed open the door, carrying a bottle of red wine and a row of candles, then walked in from outside.
She took off her shoes, just about to throw herself into Harrison Yale's arms to seek praise, when she saw him standing frozen in front of the living room, motionless.
Even her return seemed unheard by him.
