Chad Yakov hadn't finished speaking when suddenly a chill ran down his spine, and his whole body shivered uncontrollably.
"Why does it feel like it's getting colder?" He was puzzled for a moment, then noticed the little girl in his arms was unusually quiet, her wide-open eyes looking at him with sympathy.
The feeling was... he was in trouble.
Chad Yakov froze and then saw her lift her small hand and point behind him, her little mouth pouting as she called out.
"Grandfather!"
Only two words, yet they sounded like a thunderstorm in Chad Yakov's ears!
Grand... Grandfather...
Chad Yakov quickly held the little girl tightly as she tried to squirm away from him, grabbing her small shoulders and pulling her in front of him, afraid to turn around.
Instead, he looked down at her.
"Baby, are you missing Grandfather? It's good to miss him! Dad tells you, you must love Grandfather well, Parents don't matter, just be filial to Grandfather, and Dad will be happy!"
Baby Yale: "..."
