"Where are we going?"
It was almost dinner time; the sun had already set, and Aidan Lucas wanted to take her out at this moment.
"To a place where you can regain your smile."
Without Mr. Lucas saying, Lily had no clue.
Lately, she was busy caring for the little one every day, and Aidan Lucas seemed to have something to keep him busy, leaving early and returning late every day.
The two of them indeed hadn't spent alone time together for a long while.
"Then wait for me to change clothes..."
Lily had an inkling, suspecting Aidan Lucas had prepared some surprise, intending to take her for a candlelight dinner.
However, the man gave her no chance.
Scooping her up horizontally, he held her entirely in his arms.
"No need to change clothes; I've prepared a dress for you."
Mr. Lucas gave Lily no chance to escape, swiftly taking the woman into the car.
He even prepared a dress, which certainly indicated a luxurious dinner.
