After a prolonged standoff, Joshua Sulliven finally lowered his eyes to calm down, then looked up at Annie Taylor and reiterated, "She is not a maniac, and even if she were, I would not leave her."
Annie Taylor raised her eyes to gaze at him for a while and saw the seriousness and determination in his eyes, then sighed softly, "Jack and Howard are in trouble."
