Having been unconscious for so long, Lionel Yeager found the sunlight a bit glaring and couldn't help but squint his eyes.
Only after gradually adapting to the light did Lionel fully open his eyes.
When he saw the large crowd gathered around him, Lionel looked confused and a bit out of it.
Leslie Goodwin and others were first taken aback, then erupted in joyful shouts.

Leslie Goodwin and others shouted excitedly, embracing each other and crying tears of joy.
Lionel slowly sat up and asked in a daze, "Brothers, elders, am I... not dead?"
Bardon Bard chuckled, "Brother Yeager, you're obviously not dead! Aren't you alive and well!
