"What the hell were you thinking, going up against Axel and Moon like that?" the Sky God snapped irritably, coming to Aero's aid. He was in the midst of bandaging up his brother when Moon and Axel came home.
Aero was taking steady breaths, trying to manage the pain. "It felt… like the opportune time… They were distracted by Hel's harpies. If I got the book away from them…"
He had to pause, taking deep breaths as the agony was becoming intense. "If they didn't have the book… The Moon Goddess couldn't enter the Mortal Realm… And you–" His violet eyes glanced impatiently over to the Sky God. "You wouldn't go in after her. You can't enter the Mortal Realm. Remember that!"
There wasn't a day where Aero didn't remind him of that unfortunate fact. Sky was the Creator of the Mortal Realm, yet he wasn't allowed to set foot into it. He drew his lips into a thin line, expressing his displeasure at the situation. He eyed the old leather tome that laid on the floor of his study.
