James Black heard Jane Sampson's words, stayed quiet for a few seconds, and asked in a deep voice, "Where have you been?"
"Went out to buy groceries~" Jane Sampson answered as if it was the most natural thing in the world, "Sister Tin called me, we decided to do a live stream tonight, where I'll be cooking. Your dormitory fridge is empty, so I definitely had to go out and buy some ingredients."
At this point, Jane Sampson even hummed to show she was quite unhappy, "Didn't you say you would bring me lunch back from the dining hall? Why is it that when I came back to the dormitory, I couldn't find any food anywhere?"
"So that's how it is." James Black thought she had left because she was angry with him; turns out she just went out to buy something, absent-mindedly leaving her mobile phone at home.
"From now on, when you go out, let me know." James thought, if she hadn't left without telling him, this misunderstanding wouldn't have happened.
