Chapter 2027 - Chapter 2035: Lost

He seemed to not notice Jane Sampson's bag, such private items.

"There are photos of you and me in the mobile phone, and even though there's a password, it's not foolproof. So, I pretended to accidentally throw the bag under the next car after realizing I couldn't escape," Jane Sampson lifted the quilt and grabbed James Black's arm to sit back up.

Throwing away the purse, or rather, throwing away the mobile phone was Jane Sampson's first instinctive response at that time.

To protect James Black.

Because, at that time, she couldn't yet determine the purpose of the people who kidnapped her, or their reasons, so the safest thing was to throw away the mobile phone, preventing anyone from finding any related information about James Black in it.

Anyway, if the mobile phone wasn't discarded, normally, the kidnappers would take it from her side when they took her away; she wouldn't have the opportunity to use her mobile phone to call for help.
