Through the earpiece, Carlos explained to his dimwitted younger sister, "His pen name is 'Seven Great Families' because he had seven art teachers. He learned the best from all of them and gave himself this pen name. It doesn't literally mean seven people!!"

Realizing that she'd made a fool of herself, Barbara coughed and then gave an awkward chuckle, turning toward Iverson Hyde, "I know 'Seven Great Families' is just you. I was joking with you!"
Iverson Hyde suppressed his laughter and nodded.
Then, he glanced at the breakfast in her hands.
Barbara asked, "Do you want some?"
Iverson Hyde nodded.
Barbara said, "Alright then, let's eat together."
Carlos didn't need to eat.
