Sunny raised an eyebrow at him and lowered her voice in surprise, asking, "What's going on? Those two..."
"I like Lydia Bell." Jeremy Payne answered quite straightforwardly.
Sunny's face darkened and she shot him a glance without thinking, "You like Lydia Bell? Don't ruin others, find someone else to mess with."
She had finally set her sights on a promising talent, and here he was, wanting to poach her.
Three lines of speechless disbelief fell from Jeremy's forehead as he argued, "I truly like her, I won't ruin her."
"Come on, which of your previous girlfriends didn't start off liking you, but ended up hating you to death? Lydia isn't doing well right now, don't add to her troubles." Sunny didn't believe him at all.
Back in the day, Sunny managed Jeremy for a time, so their relationship is quite close, and they speak candidly.
