After hearing this, Ging completely ignored the small fry who would certainly blindly follow Germain, and looked toward Bisky, Knuckle, and the others.
"To be honest, I also lean toward 'The Twin-Tailed Snake · Hellbell and Longevity Food · Nitro Rice.'"
"The 'Monster spreading homicidal desire' seems more like a 'disaster' we could handle right now, compared to the 'Desire-Dependent Entity of Infinite Wishes.'"
Ging paused for a moment and then continued:
"Furthermore, when it comes to the final two 'Disasters and Hopes,' I trust Germain's intuition more than any other reason."
"His 'unease' should be some kind of warning."
Ging's words sparked curiosity among everyone present, including Germain himself.
"I've been wondering how Don Freecss managed to travel across the eastern coast of the Dark Continent on his own, and how he smoothly detached himself from the 'Five Great Disasters.'"
"He was a pioneer, a loner. Unlike us, he couldn't rely on information from a 'New World Chronicles Fragment' to know about the 'Disasters and Hopes.'"
"But each time, he survived. He even investigated a lot of related information, which he wrote in a book. How did he manage to avoid the 'First Kill'?"
"Aside from his own strength, I think it might also be his intuition."
"'En,' we all have it; it's one of the uses of Nen. Don Freecss's 'En' must be far above ours, so what would his 'En' be like?"
"When 'En' reaches its peak, it might not just act like radar or thermal imaging. It could go beyond sensing a target's emotional fluctuations and develop a dangerous instinct to avoid harm and seek advantage."
"This might be one of the key reasons why Don Freecss, as both a lone wanderer and a pioneer, has been able to survive on the eastern coast of the Dark Continent for hundreds of years."
"Among us, who's closest in strength to Don Freecss? Of course, it's Germain. I believe, Germain, that you already possess the same spiritual intuition that he does."
Ging stared at Germain: "I've decided to trust your feelings. You might be instinctively avoiding a crisis you can't solve right now."
Germain didn't expect his intuition to be held in such high regard by Ging, nor did he realize that it had become the most important factor in making a decision.
As for whether his spiritual intuition was truly like Ging said, he wasn't sure.
Bisky tapped his fingers on the table, thought for a moment, then looked up at Ging.
"No one knows exactly what Nen abilities would be like at their peak. Even the old man couldn't break through this barrier during his prime."
"So what?" Ging responded.
"I think your deduction makes sense," Bisky said. "'Risk prediction' isn't some mysterious ability. It's the result of accumulated experience and instant thinking based on what we already know."
"Since most of the information on the 'The Twin-Tailed Snake: Hellbell' and 'Gaseous Lifeform: Ai' is missing, it might actually be better to trust Germain's intuition in choosing between the two."
Bisky also cast his vote in favor of Germain.
After all, they were heading into an unknown area, and with so much missing information, if they had to trust something, it might as well be Germain.
"What do the others think?" Germain didn't decide right away and asked again.
Shizuku almost immediately stood by Germain's side.
The others—Knuckle, Menchi, Sanbica, and Buhara, the ones staying behind in the ancient labyrinth—looked at each other for a moment and were more willing to trust Germain's spiritual intuition.
Germain had always been the leader, whether because of his achievements in the Six Continents or his accomplishments on the Dark Continent.
Both were enough to elevate his reputation to its peak.
In their eyes, even the brilliance of Chairman Netero in the past could no longer overshadow Germain's presence.
Ging's speculation further compared Germain to that legendary figure, Don Freecss.
As they made the decision to support Germain, a thought unconsciously arose in their minds.
Germain might really become a more legendary figure than Don Freecss, possibly the first Hunter in history with an unprecedented legacy!
Time would tell, and they would be fortunate enough to witness it.
On August 20th, BW1 and five other ships were theoretically nearing their refueling and safety checkpoint. After leaving that point, they would enter truly unexplored seas.
It would take about six more weeks of sailing before they could possibly reach the imagined Dark Continent.
At the same time, at the Ancient Labyrinth Outpost, the four core members of the exploration team were already standing at the teleportation point at the top of the tower.
Knuckle, Menchi, Sanbica, and Buhara watched them as they headed off to challenge the "Twin-tailed Serpent · Hellbell."
A new exploration and challenge had begun.
