Chapter 513 - Chapter 441.2 : Inheritance!!

"Ah... come to think of it, yes, it was you and your companions who killed Tserriednich," Nasubi said with a smile. "After merging with my children, their memories became part of me."

"Just like after the last succession battle, when the memories of all the ancestors of the Kakin royal family were poured into my mind from the Seed Urn."

"Trust me, that wasn't a pleasant experience. It was pure hell..."

"I had to listen constantly to countless voices filled with resentment. At first, it nearly drove me insane."

"But after that, I was able to use their wisdom and the power of the Seed Urn to get everything I wanted."

As he said this, Nasubi slightly tilted his head, glancing at Camilla behind him, who stood there motionless.

"But now, I'm finally free. The 'crystallization of wisdom' from my ancestors is all inside Camilla's mind now. Hehehehehe…"

Nasubi laughed wildly for a moment, but suddenly, a loud crash echoed — and his world spun out of control!

Boom—

A massive golden hand struck from the side with unstoppable force and speed, smashing Nasubi's entire large beast body off the stone steps!

Netero clasped his hands together as if he hadn't thrown a single strike.

He stared in the direction Nasubi was flying but spoke to Germain.

"Go ahead. I'll take care of this beast."

With that, he leapt forward, bricks shattering beneath him. The old man shot out like an arrow released from a bow!

Nasubi was midair and bent his rear, shooting out a web with a pop that stuck to the stone steps.

He was about to swing back up with this leverage.

But unexpectedly, Netero suddenly appeared above him, looking down with imposing presence, and slammed several mighty palm strikes down in his "Hyakushiki Kannon" technique!

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Nasubi groaned in pain several times, unable to dodge, and along with the other twenty-three heads, fell into the pit beneath the stone steps, filled with thousands of people!

Netero dove after them, hands still clasped together like a fish diving into water.

Almost at the same moment Netero moved, Germain didn't hesitate to slip past him and dash toward Camilla, who sat on the throne of spikes.

He keenly noticed that the fairy girl who had been sitting on Camilla's shoulder had vanished.

Germain's "En" had already spread wide like a deadly net, yet it failed to detect any movement from the fairy girl. He furrowed his brow in confusion.

At that moment, Camilla finally reacted.

She suddenly lifted her head, her bloodshot eyes glaring fiercely at Germain. Two streams of bloody tears flowed down her cheeks, striking and terrifying to behold.

Camilla, holding the venomous Seed Urn, rose from the throne of spikes. Bright red blood gushed from her body and from the throne itself, like sharp red claws reaching out.

"A vengeful heir poisoned by deception. The ancestors swirl and intertwine in her mind, leaving her with no privacy—she is the king."

"She is the last ruler of the old era's Kakin royal family, yet the first monarch under the new era's rule!"

After yesterday's banquet ended, the proud Camilla was unsuspectingly led by Nasubi into a secret chamber on the yacht.

Camilla felt no need for caution.

She was already Nasubi's only heir. Would Nasubi really attack his sole successor?

She never imagined something so absurd would actually happen.

Nasubi revealed to her the enormous stone slab used in the Seed Urn Ceremony, along with the corpses of the heirs kept in numerous mechanical pods.

Among them was even that bastard, Zhang Lei.

Of the thirteen mechanical pods around the perimeter, only one was empty. The pod in the center was also empty.

Camilla already sensed something was wrong.

But with the dual protection of the "Cat's Name" and her guardian spirit beast, she kept her anxiety in check and remained calm and composed.

Then Nasubi presented the Seed Urn — the strange artifact that had triggered this cruel and dangerous war of succession by parricide.

Camilla wanted to ask what the Seed Urn was and what its origin might be.

Nasubi smiled but said nothing. Instead, he directly placed the Seed Urn into her hands. Only then did he slowly speak, "They are yours now."

Before Camilla could fully grasp the meaning behind Nasubi's words, countless black mists, formed from resentful souls, surged out from the Seed Urn and sprayed all over her face.

Camilla's vision instantly darkened, and she lost consciousness.

When she gradually woke from the haze, she found herself inside a massive mechanical chamber at the center of a giant stone slab.

The transparent chamber door was sealed shut, and a strange, icy liquid soaked her entire body.

Camilla coughed and sputtered, then panicked as she pounded her fists against the door, trying to break it open — but it was useless.

What terrified her even more was that the guardian spirit beast meant to protect her was no longer by her side. Instead, it floated outside the stone formation, beyond her reach.

"You're awake," Nasubi's voice came from nearby, beside an empty mechanical chamber.

He struggled to squeeze his overweight body into the chamber like a sardine stuffed into a can.

Soon, the sound of the chamber door closing echoed through the room.

"Camilla," Nasubi's voice drifted softly, as if from another world,

"The ceremony will end soon."

"The will of our family will manifest through you. The souls of our ancestors will forever reside in your mind. You will become the king beneath the gods."

"Listen carefully. Don't be afraid. What you must do is simple. Soon, your belly will swell—you will be pregnant."

"I need you to find a safe and proper place to give birth to It. It should be born in about fourteen days. Listen, Camilla, don't be afraid..."

As Nasubi's crazed words echoed, the stone formation began to glow a deep crimson.

The flesh and blood of thirteen royal members of the Kakin family were crushed and flowed along the strange patterns, all converging toward the center — the mechanical chamber where Camilla was held.

Then came the agonizing tearing of souls, the flooding of countless memories, the continuation and convergence of sins.

Within the liquid, Camilla silently raged — filled with fury, resentment, sorrow, indifference, joy, and ecstasy...

Boom—

Until an unprecedented storm suddenly crashed in, ripping off the roof of the ritual hall.

Thunder struck down with overwhelming force, hitting the mechanical chamber where Camilla was trapped!
