Did Jian Wuchen's determined strike hit its target?
Of course it hit, but the target was wrong. Jian Wuchen frowned, looking at the tip of his sword, noticing it was slightly bent. Jian Wuchen was sure that if his previous strike had hit, no matter who was once the First Evil Doer in the World, even if it didn't kill, it would at least severely injure them.
At the critical moment of that strike, it was unexpectedly intercepted by another iron-gray figure. The momentum of that strike didn't cause any harm to it, and even Jian Wuchen's hard sword almost bent. This took him by complete surprise.
Looking up, Jian Wuchen almost couldn't hold back his disgust; what blocked his sword could hardly be called a human. The clothing was so rotten it was barely recognizable and even caked with mud. The facial features were indistinguishable, though the blood-red eyes were visible, and the whole face seemed as if it had been smashed by someone.
