Welp Lexi thought as she looked towards the translucent blue screen and tightly grasped the fallen leaves underneath her and said " Shit."
Unknown hours earlier
Lexi had just got out of the shower her long dark black hair damp clung to her small figure. She had always had long hair which she used to cover her hetocromatic eyes. When she was younger she used to love her eyes one a bright emerald green and the other a light gray almost like that of a moon stone. However as she got older she noticed that people would stare where she went so she picked up a contact that concealed her gray eye. It wasn't perfect but unless they looked closely it was close enough to her other eye color most people wouldn't look twice.
Lexi wraped the towel around her curvey figure and left the bathroom and changed into her pj's and made her way to bed. Where she layed down on and quickly fell asleep.
When she awoke she saw she was not inside her bedroom anymore and was inside in a void devoid of any color except her and the mysterious figure sitting on a black and white throne. The mysterious figure was sitting lazily almost looking board. She tapped her long gray nails on the throne and tilted her her forward to look at Lexi. Lexi tried to look at her face but could only see her gray her almost the color of platinum but her face almost looks like it had be obscured by a dark fog. The figure spoke " I would recommend you not try to look to hard at a goddess's face it might break your mortal mind"
Lexi averted her eyes focuing on the figures face. The figure chuckled and said "I'm sure your interested on why your here." Lexi eyes widened and she bit the edge of her lip and said " where am I and why am I here"
The figure who said she was a goddess said " well that's easy. you died while you slumberd due to a gas leak in your home which caused your home to explode with you in it killing you instantly." Lexi eyes widened and she stammered "what." The goddess chuckled and said " yeah your dead but don't worry I'll give you a second chance at life." Lexi said " can I go back to my old life and " the goddess cut her off with a resounding "No" and said " you died in your world and therefore you are dead in that one."
The goddess then with a wicked smile said " like I said you will be given a second chance and because I'm a merciful goddess I will give you a system to help you". Lexi then saw a blue screen pop up in front of her with a roulette wheel on it that was fill with numerous colors and the names of the worlds she could be transmigrated into. Lexi looked at her selection before spending the wheel that would seal her fate she saw some interesting choices like beast world, zombie apocalypse, futuristic world, modern world, and many more she did not fully understand. Thought Lexi hope not to get zombie apocalypse world.
Lexi then spun the wheel and watch it turn while the goddess to watched. She watched the wheel go round and round then saw it stopped right on zombie apocalypse before it slowly went over to be beast world.
The floor then suddenly dropped out from under Lexi and the goddess said with glee "no take backsies"
