In the tenth year of the war, Wela and the Nemean Lions attacked the Unfettered Decree in the name of revenge for Kai Syaoran. Wela was more than pissed at the fact that the man she loved had been "killed" just as she was on the verge of finally winning his heart. The Nemean Lions joined her willingly even though they did not have any powerful connection to the beast.
The war was only becoming more chaotic instead of dying out. During the 1000th year of the war, Whiro and his allies were on the verge of being defeated when a new force arrived. It was a single woman but she was beyond powerful. It was Ran Lan, the Ice-bound Fairy who had now become the Ice-bound Dao Absolute. This woman was Kai Syaoran's first disciple. She was the only other person apart from Kai Syaoran to be moving along the Akron Dao Path.
