"Haven't they left yet?"
The male doctor shook his head. "They asked when they came this morning, and I told them you were in a meeting, so they left. But in the afternoon, they came back with more people, all waiting at the door of the outpatient service's consultation room."
Du Heng looked at the things in his hand and hesitated for a moment. "Let's go and have a look now."
Upon reaching the outpatient service's consultation room, Du Heng hesitated a bit.
Were there many people? Not really, just over a dozen people.
But they were all old men and women, with only one relatively young woman who seemed impatient, wanting to leave but held tightly by an Auntie in front of her.
When Du Heng saw these patients, the elderly also saw him coming. They immediately stood up excitedly and swarmed over, as if they wanted to be near Du Heng.
"Doctor Du, I've been waiting for you all morning."
