Feeling guilty, Fluffy Zane lowered her head. She knew she had no right to apologize for William Guillen's mistakes, but she couldn't help it. Seeing Jim Jones' current state, her heart was uncontrollably consumed with guilt. She didn't know which of William Guillen's words were true and which were false. However, she trusted her intuition more; William Guillen's targeting and framing of Jim Jones definitely had something to do with her. It was just that he wouldn't admit it. Or perhaps, it was just her own wishful thinking.
Under the light, the brightness in Jim Jones' eyes gradually dimmed.
