Heavenly Feather Sea
Upon crossing the void gate, the same majestic city from the illusion appeared before them. But unlike the illusion, the city was clearly abandoned. Green moss covered everything, and many buildings were cracked, some even partially collapsed—proof that a long time had passed since these structures were last repaired or cleaned.
As soon as they entered the city, Yu Tian felt five senses closing in on them. These senses weren't weak; they emanated a power that the inhabitants of this world couldn't handle.
Feeling the pressure, Yu Tian revealed the aura of a Divine Extremity expert—perhaps due to the chat group's influence or this world's fear of him. Yet, he didn't feel the usual expulsion force trying to drive him away.
When the hidden senses detected Yu Tian, Nianyun, and Zhuqing (who was also at the Divine Extremity level), they quickly retreated, seemingly shocked by the presence of three Divine Extremity experts at once.
Yu Tian ignored the fear of the Celestial Clan members and unleashed his Divine Sense, scanning the entire Heavenly Feather Sea. Everything—from pebbles to dust particles—appeared in his mind.
"Let's go. Our target lies ahead," Yu Tian said to his group, charging toward the Celestial Clan's location. The Evil Dragon had to be with them.
"Did you find the Evil Dragon?" Yudie asked curiously as she walked alongside Yu Tian. Despite expanding her senses to explore the area, she could only cover a few kilometers—Heavenly Feather Sea was too vast. Her senses detected nothing but a few dragon-like presences.
"Yes. It seems to be in its nest, harassed by some people," Yu Tian replied indifferently. He conjured a barrier around the others, both to protect them and prevent their escape. He needed bait to lure the Evil Dragon out—at least until he could confirm its nest's location with his own eyes. His Divine Sense couldn't penetrate the separate space where the nest lay.
"Are there others who arrived here before us?" Zhuqing frowned. Though she didn't remember everyone, she doubted any fool in their group would dare venture this deep into Heavenly Feather Sea alone or with a small team. The place was far too dangerous.
"Correct. But these people aren't from the Four God's Countries," Yu Tian said, rising into the sky and lifting the others within the barrier. "Let's fly. It'll be faster than walking."
"Understood." Hearing Yu Tian, Zhuqing and Nianyun didn't hesitate to soar alongside him. Nianyun carried Yun'er, while Zhuqing held Yudie.
—
They reached the Evil Dragon's location in minutes, landing before a bottomless pit.
"Why don't you come out? Hiding from me is pointless," Yu Tian's calm voice echoed. Despite their arrival, there was no trace of the Celestial Clan members.
"Are there really others here...?" The Xingye War Emperor frowned, spreading his senses to detect those who'd arrived before them.
"I can't sense anyone else..." The Black Iron King said grimly, his own senses failing to find any humans nearby.
"Neither can I," added the Dayu War Emperor, eyeing Yu Tian suspiciously. Yet, he doubted someone of Yu Tian's power would lie or play tricks—especially after protecting them on the journey here.
"If they're beings we can't sense, but His Majesty can, they must be stronger than us but weaker than him," the Sky Wind War Emperor said, staring at Yu Tian with pure reverence.
"If you won't come out willingly, I'll force you out." Yu Tian's voice rang again as a monstrous, terrifying aura erupted from his body, engulfing the entire area. The pressure made it hard for those behind him to breathe or move.
RUMBLE!
Suddenly, the sky darkened. Black clouds gathered over Heavenly Feather Sea, and purple lightning flickered between them, casting an apocalyptic dread—as if the world's end had come.
This lightning was the White Tiger's signature technique: "Record of Heavenly Annihilation," a skill designed for total destruction. The White Tiger had often used it to annihilate realms in his lifetime. Yu Tian rarely employed it, as its power was too indiscriminate.
Though he could reduce collateral damage by channeling the technique into his body, that weakened its force significantly. Instead, Yu Tian preferred using it only to enhance his speed and reflexes in battle.
RUMBLE!
Another thunderous roar shook the sky. Yu Tian was clearly prepared to destroy Heavenly Feather Sea to flush out the hidden foes.
"Please, wait—!" A panicked voice cried out before a figure emerged nearby, followed by several others.
The speaker wore tight clothing that emphasized his muscular frame, a cloak, a mouth mask, and wielded a red-and-black scythe. He appeared to be the leader of the four others behind him.
