When I finish speaking I feel something inside of me move from my heart, through my veins, and into my lungs. When it exits my mouth, Astrid closes her eyes and passes out. She rests her head on my shoulder and I begin to question my system.

I quickly ask, 'System. What happened to her?'

[She is currently being acclimated to the system and is getting the basic knowledge of the other worlds. She will wake up in a few minutes. While she is acclimating system suggests using the dragon bloodline.]

When I give my confirmation we begin to glow in a bright light. After five minutes of shining I look down to see if there are any noticeable changes to Astrid. Seeing none, I lay her on the ground and quickly move toward the water to see my reflection. When I look at the waters surface, I look for any changes that may have happened to me. At first I don't notice anything, but the more I looked the more I found. At the roots of my silvery white hair I could faintly see streaks of blue. My facial features have become sharper, my muscles feel more compact and toned, and my skin feels like it is a mixture of regular skin and dragon scales. The biggest difference I noticed, however, were my eyes. My eyes are still my original bluish green color, but my pupil's had started to become more cat like and in the middles of my irises I could see a faint purple start to creep in. While I am admiring my features I blink and the features seem to disappear, but when I blink again they reappear.

After admiring my new features for a while I hear Astrid stir behind me. I rush over to her and sit her up so that she can lean against me. While behind her, I notice that the roots of her hair are beginning to turn a silvery white with blue streaks at the roots. She stretches out her arms as if she had just woken up from a full nights sleep and looks around for something. I wrap my arms around her and lean towards her ear.

I whisper, "Looking for something?"

She smiles and turns saying, "Nope."

I smile back at her and ask, "Are you sure? Because I could have sworn you were looking for a tall and handsome man like myself."

She laughs and, instead of responding to me, she snuggles into my chest. A few seconds pass by and she smiles and begins to rapid fire questions at me.

"Who are you really? Where did you come from? What's it like there? What is the system? When are we going to the other worlds? What world are going to? What are your plans for this world? Why aren't you answering me?"

I laugh and answer all of her questions one by one. She continues to ask questions all night long and before we know it, the sun begins to rise. I decide to stop her question spree there and head back to our houses before we get spotted. I walk with her back home and before we make it to her house, we see the first person exit their house. Thankfully we weren't spotted and we both got home without issue.

When I got home I decided to hop on dark wing and we fly off into the sky. I look out into the distance and catch a glimpse of hiccup with our friend group sailing off.

I shrug my shoulders and think, 'I thought that the bone knapper thing was a few days from now. Guess I was wrong.' I fly back down to my house and find father waiting for me at our door.

He says, "Where were you last night?"

Keeping my face as calm as I can, I say, "Couldn't sleep, so I trained all night last night."

He looks at me for a minute and laughs, saying loudly, "I used to do that all the time when I was young!"

I give him my usual stone cold look and follow him towards Gobber's smithy. We head in and he yells, "Gobber!"

I wait a few seconds and ask, "He left on a ship heading east. Do you need something made?"

Father shakes his head and says, "I needed to speak with him about something. Do you know when he'll be back?"

I think for a minute and say, "They should be back in three days at the most. Any idea what he's up to?"

He grumbles and says in an irritated tone, "Yes. He's going look for that dragon he keeps talking about. He said it was called the bone knapper. I just have to wait for him to return then."

He walks back to the house. Instead of following him I headed over to Astrid's house to see if she wanted to join in on my training. While walking along the path, I see the other villagers exiting their houses to start the day. They wave and told me good-morning as I walk past. I get to her house and knock on the door. After a few seconds of waiting I hear a light pitter patter of feet hitting wood and Astrid opens her door.
