Arthur's eyes conveyed concern as he continuously apologized, "Ella Lacey, you've been hard at work, taking care of the home and cooking all these days."
"Arthur, you're being too formal again, aren't you? I volunteered to do all these, and since mom isn't home, there's no need for so many servants. Letting them take a break is good. It feels quite different living just the three of us."
Ella Lacey really liked this feeling, the feeling of managing home life, and said sweetly, "I'm a full-time housewife after all, handling these matters is only proper."
Arthur took her small hand in his and gently rubbed it, his lips curving naughtily as he said, "Just don't wear yourself out."
"I'm not that delicate."
