"Unreasonable!"
Jeffery Johnsons flicked his sleeve and walked out of the room, warning in a very severe tone, "If you persist in being blinded by ambition, one day you'll suffer greatly!"
Inside the room, only Ruth Upperton was left.
She got out of bed with impunity, showing no signs of illness whatsoever.
"Suffer greatly? It's Isabella Lindsey entering the Johnson Family, and I'll be the one suffering!"
Ruth Upperton mumbled to herself. She locked the door from the inside, took out her phone, and made a call. Once someone picked up, she whispered very quietly:
"Can't wait for Sophie Foster to return, let her cousin Louisa Foster stand in for now, inform Louisa to come by the villa today or tomorrow!"
"Do as I say! Who knows if that wild girl Isabella hasn't already tricked Julian. I just don't want her to get a head start!" Ruth's chest was filled with anger, and just the mention of Isabella made her want to explode like a conditioned reflex.
