"That's what the news says," Julian Johnsons narrowed his dark eyes slightly.
"The innocent will prove themselves."
Isabella took another step back, unwilling to be overshadowed by the aura that seemed ready to consume her.
"You are no longer innocent; everyone in the world knows you're dating me, having a romance with me."
Julian advanced a step, staring at her unwaveringly.
