"What?! Injured?!!"
Arabella Vanderbilt was quite pleased to see the surprise on her friend's face, proving their close friendship.
"What happened?" Isabella Harrison put down her apple and leaned closer to the screen as if she wanted to jump right through it.
"It's a long story. I'll explain when you get here. But I'm fine now, don't worry."
"Oh~~" Isabella breathed a sigh of relief and picked up the apple she had set aside.
Arabella couldn't help but laugh and asked casually, "How have you been lately? Living alone with Michael Lees? Is he at work? Will he come back with you tomorrow?"
Isabella's chewing slowed down, but after a moment, her expression returned to normal.
"I've been doing well, living with him in a private villa! He's very busy, so he probably won't come back with me tomorrow."
She answered Arabella's questions in order, but Arabella noticed her previously stiff movements.
Not doing well.
Arabella silently concluded from Isabella's words.
