Bella, having suffered such great humiliation in public, couldn't possibly let Mary leave just like that. She stepped forward to block her again, furiously exclaiming:
"You have a lot of nerve. Even though I'm not from Country Z, I absolutely will not allow you to disrespect me like this! I let you yield to the Todd Family out of respect for the good allied relations between our two countries! Don't make me regret giving you face!"
Everyone remained silent.
Indeed, relations between countries are the most sensitive topic in this world.
No matter who is right or wrong in this matter, making a big scene would definitely result in mutual damage.
