Arnold Glenn lowered his head; he didn't think Gemma York was joking. He was eighty percent sure that he wanted to kill Nell Harris.
He said, "That man... that man wasn't the one who took Nell Harris away last time. I've never seen him before. He's quite tall, with decent facial features. Just one look and you can tell he's not a simple person."
"Is that so?"
"It really is, Uncle. If you don't believe what I'm saying, you can have someone else take a look. By then, you'll know I absolutely didn't lie to you." Arnold Glenn felt he was becoming more and more patient. Facing Gemma York, even though all he could think about was how to kill him, his face still maintained the usual respect.
