Dylan Young's last words seemed like a dagger wedged into Gemma York's heart, making him fearful, in pain, and scared all the time.
He heard Dylan's footsteps getting farther away, and just as Gemma York thought he finally survived and wanted to quickly call for someone to hopefully intercept and kill Dylan before he left Loch City, those distant footsteps suddenly sounded again and grew nearer.
Dylan Young's figure reappeared at the entrance, which was like a death call for Gemma York.
He stammered, "You… still… have something?"
Dylan smiled faintly, "Forgot, just a little thing."
The rope in his hand was revealed as he stepped forward, and in a few moves, tied up Gemma York and his wife and gagged their mouths.
Dylan taunted, "To prevent you, I must do this; otherwise, I believe I won't get out of Loch City before your thugs come, I guessed right."
