After leaving The Yes, Chu Molin and Qin Xue went grocery shopping. They couldn't possibly invite someone over for dinner without having anything to eat, so the couple bought quite a few groceries. Of course, some items were things Qin Xue retrieved from her stash because there were some vegetables they didn't need to buy since they already had them. No need to waste money on what wasn't necessary.
"Xue'er, let's head back. We've got plenty; it's enough to eat," Chu Molin suggested, as he still wanted to spend some quality time with Qin Xue. In such a situation, how could they waste time on grocery shopping and cooking?
"Okay, but why are you acting so strange today?" Qin Xue noticed that something seemed off with Chu Molin today.
"You're overthinking things. I'm perfectly normal, just missed you, so I hoped we could have some time alone together," Chu Molin said casually.
"Is it really nothing?" Qin Xue found it hard to believe.
