In the past, Ling Chen relied on the power of the Human Emperor to use this sword, repelling Dao Yi True Immortal and saving Xuannv, but other than that, Ling Chen had almost never used this sword.
Because the backlash force of the Soul Destroying Sword was too strong, the previous Ling Chen, if he used the Soul Destroying Sword, might not even hurt a hair on his enemy before being backlashed by the Soul Destroying Sword, putting himself in danger first, outweighing the benefits.
Therefore, Ling Chen had always kept this Soul Destroying Sword hidden away, and had almost never used this sword.
But now, things were different.
Ling Chen's strength was no longer what it was at the Sky Apex Realm, and his Sword Intent had already reached the Saint-class Intermediate Stage. Now, even if the Soul Destroying Sword were to backlash, Ling Chen's current capabilities were enough to endure such backlash!
"Hmm?"
