Living means constantly thinking, but we only capture the thoughts that we consider is helpful on some level. This is a compilation of the thoughts I've once considered helpful. 

The titles are for the exact date I've thought of them, that's how I usually record them. 

Each chapter is one thought. You may find them connected, that's because they're thoughts of one man.

Volume 2 will be different.

There are days that I don't want to be in power, I don't want to be in control, I don't want to ask others what I need from them and what they must do. Some days I just want to be understood and cared for.
