Living means constantly thinking, but we only capture the thoughts that we consider is helpful on some level. This is a compilation of the thoughts I've once considered helpful. 

The titles are for the exact date I've thought of them, that's how I usually record them. 

Each chapter is one thought. You may find them connected, that's because they're thoughts of one man.

Volume 2 will be different.

We wonder why we're not born in a place or situation that we want to be in. Don't forget that we won't be wondering this if we're born in that place in the first place.
