Although the Divine Spirit World exists within the Realms of Heavenly Seas and has been discovered by the Heavenly Court, it has yet to be truly developed. After all, they have discovered too many worlds, which need to be merged one by one.
Especially since the Divine Spirit World, while possessing remarkable depth and numerous strong individuals, somewhat contradicts the philosophies of the Divine Land World. Attempting direct integration would have significant impacts, requiring extra efforts that are too costly in terms of time and energy, hence why many strong individuals temporarily defer action.
But at any given moment, many worlds are juxtaposed, especially in the Divine Spirit World, where its numerous strong individuals are attempting to develop within the Realms of Heavenly Seas, continually conquering other worlds.
