Lothar, struggling to contain his anger, said, "Kid, I've heard of you. The Elder Council often talks about replacing me with you. You've done so well in Star Town, so naturally, you should be able to solve the problems of Star City too. But let me tell you, that's impossible!"
Seeing Rod close his eyes and ignore him, Lothar's anger grew even stronger.
"I know your special Fire Spark gives you explosive power far beyond your current rank, and you've created many miracles with it. You've even blown up the Fla Soul Devouring Worm Queen, but here, your tricks are useless."
