The Supreme Tribunal is a newly established judicial body in Takamagahara.
Its duties include formulating and interpreting laws, adjudicating major cases, and arbitrating internal disputes.
Previously, most arbitration decisions within Takamagahara were made by Kamiyagawa alone.
However, with Takamagahara's governance expanding and the increasing number of mysterious entities under its rule, various disputes are inevitable. Moreover, as Kamiyagawa is about to enter a state of slumber, the establishment of a judicial system within Takamagahara is of utmost importance at this time.
Subsequently, judicial institutions in various regions will also be gradually established.
To ensure absolute fairness and neutrality of the judicial system, Isohime also clarified in the draft that —
The Supreme Tribunal is independent of all administrative and legislative bodies and is accountable only to the Lord of Demons and Gods, Kamiyagawa.
