Chapter 752 - 752 My Hero Academia: Crisis at the UA High School Exam, Absurd Quirk, Allen's Identity, Bakugo's Frustration, and Midnight's Warm Welcome.

Moments before Allen's intervention, the place had descended into chaos.

A tremor shook the evaluation zone.

Even though all the groups had started from different locations, they were all within the same testing area, so everyone could see the enormous robot towering over the buildings.

Of course, it was impressive—terrifying. Very few of the students could actually stand up to it. However, this robot was only a distraction.

They would not earn points from it; there were no benefits to defeating it other than bragging rights.

"What a joke..." said a boy with half-red, half-white hair and a scar on his face.

He quickly went back to destroying smaller robots, but suddenly a loud rumble ran through the ground.

The giant robot began to go berserk, destroying everything in its path. Entire buildings soon exploded, sending debris the size of vehicles flying in every direction.

"Damn it..."

Angered by the situation, the boy decided to take down the giant. His Quirk was simple, powerful, and had a great range.

With a movement of his hand, a massive iceberg erupted toward the robot. Unexpectedly, it spun at high speed and shattered the boy's attack.

"What?"

The boy's eyes widened.

The robot gave him no time to react and attacked with its massive limb. Sensing danger, the boy created an ice wall that covered an entire street.

However, the robot's strength was absurd. It smashed through the wall and nearly hit the boy, but at that moment Iida appeared and pulled him out of the way.

"DIEEE!"

At the same time, Bakugo appeared, striking the robot with his explosions, but he couldn't damage it either.

Deku dashed across the ground, then ran up the robot's body toward its head. Once there, he clenched his fist.

"DETROIT SMASH!"

The robot's head tilted to the side and it lost its balance, crashing into a building. Bakugo saw this and couldn't believe what he had just witnessed.

Wasn't Deku supposed to be useless? Wasn't he supposed to have no Quirk?

Unfortunately, Deku's current strength with One For All sealed was not enough to seriously damage the robot. It stood back up and began to go even more out of control.

More students joined in. There was a boy who could summon a shadow, a girl who shot acid, a boy who fired a laser from his navel, and others.

The Zero Poins Villain seemed incredible and overwhelmingly powerful, but in reality, it was not indestructible. With all those attacks, it should have gone down by now—but it didn't.

This kind of abnormal power left the examiners stunned as they searched for a way to deactivate the villain robot.

Several heroes present moved in to help the students, but they wouldn't arrive in time, and the inevitable happened when a pair of girls were put in mortal danger.

Toru had no intention of facing the rampaging giant robot, but she saw that a girl had been knocked unconscious after being struck by a piece of debris.

Even though she was scared, Toru told herself what kind of superhero she would be if she abandoned that girl. So she went to help her, lifted her onto her shoulder, and ran. Unfortunately, she was spotted by the robot and attacked.

"Ah!"

In his final moments, Toru saw his parents' faces and then the smile of a certain guy.

....

...

....

Fortunately for Toru and the Girl, there was someone who did not accept this tragedy.

Heat vision pierced through the reinforced metal, and the giant arm fell to the ground.

Bakugo and the rest of the students who had been fighting were left in shock—not only because someone had managed to damage the robot, but because of how he did it. That Quirk was far too familiar; it had filled the news recently.

Toru looked toward where the attack had come from, only to see Allen floating silently in the air.

"Allen?!" Toru gasped.

"..." Allen stared at the robot. He didn't need to be a genius to know whose fault all of this was.

Several hatches opened across the robot's body, and it fired a large number of missiles.

In the monitoring room, people shouted that this villain was not supposed to have any weaponry.

Allen flew as the missiles relentlessly chased him. Realizing they were heat-seeking, he stopped, turned around, and used his heat vision to destroy several of them.

Three missiles reached him. Allen grabbed one and redirected its trajectory upward, then fired his heat vision at it, causing it to explode.

For the second one, he tilted his neck, narrowly dodging the missile before destroying it with his heat vision.

With the third, he was more direct—he raised his hand and caught it.

The impact covered him in smoke, frightening the crowd, but when it cleared, Allen was completely unharmed.

Irritated, Allen counterattacked. He flew at full speed toward the robot, firing his heat vision at its chest to weaken the armor, then pierced straight through it with his entire body.

The colossal robot came to a halt, and its eyes went dark.

"..."

After confirming the destruction of the robot's core, Allen descended to where Toru was. Once on the ground, he extended his hand to help her up.

"Hey, are you okay?"

Toru opened her mouth, unable to form any words, and took Allen's hand by reflex.

She knew Allen was strong, but she had never imagined this much.

Allen smirked mockingly. "Come on, if you get scared by one or two giant robots, you won't last long in the superhero business."

"I... but... you..."

Allen shrugged.

"Ugh... what happened?"

The girl Toru had saved regained consciousness and stood up, confused.

Allen looked at the girl for a moment before turning his attention back to Toru.

Toru regained her composure, shook her head, and exclaimed, "You're Superman!"

Allen remained silent for a moment before laughing.

"I'm not."

"Liar!" Bakugo shouted as he fell from the sky, filled with anger for some reason—perhaps frustration at not being able to defeat the robot himself.

"You're a guy with way too much anger. That's going to give you an ulcer, you know?"

Bakugo ground his teeth, but before he could attack Allen, Deku appeared beside him, stepped closer to Allen, and whispered with a pale face.

"This is bad, Allen-san. Superman is a vigilante, an illegal hero. There's a chance they'll suspend your admission and arrest you."

"Don't worry... I'm not Superman!" he declared confidently, leaving everyone speechless.

Super strength, super speed, invulnerability, heat vision, and flight were abilities Superman had shown over the past month—and Allen had all of them. How could he possibly pretend he wasn't Superman?

Allen didn't respond. He just smiled...

....

"What does this mean, Principal Nezu?!"

One of the HPSC observers snapped angrily. It was obvious why—despite all his actions, Superman was still a vigilante with an arrest order.

How was it possible that he had been accepted into U.A.?

"Please, calm down."

Nezu spoke while maintaining his composure. He had clearly come prepared for the reaction the others would have upon seeing Allen's power, which meant he already knew this would happen.

"I hope you have a very good explanation, Principal Nezu!"

The entire room fell silent.

All Might was nervous. If Allen were denied entry to U.A., things would become very complicated.

Nezu was respected and had once held an important position, but now he was only the principal of U.A. Of course, that position gave him authority over his students, so for Nezu to protect Allen against anyone who wanted his Quirks or suspected him, Allen first needed to be a U.A. student.

A drop of sweat ran down Nemuri's cheek. She knew that once Allen's powers became public, he would draw a lot of attention. Even though the world seemed fairly peaceful on the surface, it also hid a deep darkness.

Nezu cleared his throat.

"First of all, let me clarify an important point. Allen is not Superman, however, he can use his powers..."

"Huh?!"

"What does that mean?"

"Calm down, I'll explain," Nezu said with a serene expression, his eyes seeming to look back into the past. "It all began ten years ago. An old friend of mine arrived at my door with a child… that child was Allen Walker… an orphan whose parents were killed by a very terrifying villain. I don't know many of the details, but this villain coveted Allen's Quirk. With no other choice, and with the help of several heroes—including Miss Midnight—we protected Allen by bringing him here to Japan."

After hearing Nezu's story, murmurs of disbelief spread through the room. Something like this had happened, and Principal Nezu himself had been involved.

"Why didn't we know anything about this?" someone asked.

All matters involving villains and heroes were supposed to go through the HPSC. Not reporting something like this is a serious problem. But they were talking about Nezu, one of the greatest minds in the world—of course he had anticipated this issue.

"Because it wasn't necessary. Regardless of the reason Allen-kun came under my protection, this was merely a personal favor for an innocent child, and at no point was there any incident caused by foreign villains."

It certainly wasn't ideal to leave something like this unreported, but since there had been no real damage and Nezu himself had powerful connections, the matter would not be taken any further.

"Principal Nezu, I understand Allen Walker's origin, but you still haven't explained why someone with all the powers of the vigilante Superman is not Superman..."

Aizawa narrowed his eyes. The observer's attitude was quite rude, which irritated the U.A. staff, All Might, and Nemuri alike, but they chose to remain silent and let Nezu handle the situation.

"That, of course, is because of Allen's Quirk: 'Template Creation.' This Quirk allows Allen to create fake Quirks."

"Wait… what did you just say?"

Nezu gave a sharp look for a moment, then quickly relaxed it as if joking. "It's a bit confusing, I know. The Quirk works simply: Allen creates in advance what he calls 'molds' or 'templates.' These require time to prepare, and he can only have five at once. Each one can be based on a real person—such as All Might—or be an original creation. When he uses one of these templates, Allen manifests that Quirk… as you can imagine, Allen created a Superman template to use his powers."

No one spoke. It was simply an absurd Quirk with terrifying potential when viewed from that perspective. Someone being able to obtain All Might's power alone was dangerous enough—if Allen could also create templates of the top five heroes, just how terrifying would that be?

Understanding everyone's concern, Nezu continued.

"Of course, it has its limits like any other Quirk. Allen only has five molds/templates available, and he cannot change them easily. In addition, their use has a time limit, and beyond that, Allen's power is not as great as that of the original user… All Might can attest to that."

Being called out, All Might was briefly caught off guard but quickly adapted.

"That's right. I've seen young Allen use his Quirk, and if I had to estimate it, it's only about half as strong as Superman's..."

With the Symbol of Peace himself backing up Nezu's words, some people finally breathed a sigh of relief. Around the world, there were Quirks capable of copying others' abilities, but generally none could match the original. In that sense, even if Allen's Quirk was incredible, it still fell within acceptable parameters.

The observer remained silent.

"Principal Nezu, I will have to report this regardless."

"I understand."

The observer then left the room, leaving the U.A. staff and everyone else considerably more at ease.

Was the explanation forced? Yes. Would more people demand answers from Nezu later? Also yes. But for now, the situation was under control.

"Well, what are you waiting for? Some students are hurt," Nezu said before turning away.

Today he told several lies just to protect Allen, but he had no regrets.

With that, Nemuri and All Might let out sighs of relief. The only one who remained silent was Aizawa. He had seen Superman before; although Allen had similar hair color, their height, build, and age were different.

'Is it really just a coincidence?'

....

"You can really copy Quirks?!" Toru gasped after hearing about Allen's ability.

"It's not exactly copying. I can shape the characteristics of my Quirk to imitate others. Think of it like my Quirk being a Pokémon Ditto."

"Incredible!" Deku shouted. Of course, Deku knew Allen was Superman and that he was hiding that fact, but hearing the possible mechanics of his Quirk still excited him. He immediately pulled out a notebook and started writing while bombarding Allen with questions.

"Trash!" Bakugo, who was nearby, snorted and walked away. He had always been proud of his Quirk, believing it to be one of the strongest, and now he was being overshadowed not only by Deku, but also by Allen.

Some other students had also overheard Allen's explanation. This was intentional so that no one would think he was Superman.

Of course, people weren't stupid, and more than a few would suspect the truth—but as Aizawa had noticed, Allen was younger than Superman.

At worst, people might assume Allen was Superman's younger brother. After all, Quirks often ran in families, and siblings could have similar abilities, like Tenya Iida and his brother Tensei Iida, the Pro Hero known as the Turbo Hero: Ingenium.

Despite the complications, the exam ended with only a few injured students.

....

Allen, along with Toru, met up with Momo and Itsuka, who were left speechless after hearing everything that had happened. Obviously, neither of them had gone anywhere near the giant robot once it went berserk.

"You're amazing and stupid!" Momo said, scolding him with her arms crossed.

Allen laughed. "If you're worried about me, just say so. You don't have to act like a tsundere."

"Who are you calling a tsundere?!"

Itsuka sighed. "This time I agree with Momo. We were at a U.A. training field. Professional heroes would've arrived in minutes. There was no need for you to risk yourself."

"Wait, Allen didn't do anything wrong!" Toru interrupted. She couldn't stand seeing Allen being treated unfairly.

Momo and Itsuka turned to look at the floating gloves with a girl's voice.

Allen smiled and gently patted Toru on the head. "Don't worry. They're just upset because they care about me. It's not that they're mad at me."

Itsuka blushed and scratched her cheek. Momo looked away with a quiet "Hmph," her cheeks also red.

Hearing Allen's words and seeing both girls' reactions, Toru apologized awkwardly.

Allen laughed and introduced them.

"By the way, these beautiful girls are Momo Yaoyorozu and Itsuka Kendo. They both went to Seiren with me, and this cute girl is Toru Hagakure, a friend."

"Beautiful?!"

"Cute?!"

Ignoring their embarrassment, the three girls exchanged greetings.

There was a bit of awkwardness, knowing Allen had other female friends they didn't know about, but none of them made a scene—after all, they were just Allen's friends.

"That bastard is really annoying..." one boy muttered.

"Don't say that, he saved me," another boy said, defending Allen.

Allen felt like he was drawing too much attention; he could feel many eyes on his back. Fortunately, the medical team arrived to treat the injured students. This diverted attention away from him.

Allen was surprised to see an elderly woman kiss a boy's broken arm and heal it instantly.

[Chiyo Shuzenji "Recovery Girl"

Quirk: Recovery]

'I see...'

Once all the students were healed, they were sent home. In a few days, they would return for the written exam.

....

Allen arrived home exhausted—not from the test, but because Momo had dragged him along to celebrate with Itsuka and Toru.

It was a bit arrogant to assume he had passed, but honestly, there was little chance that anyone in that group had failed. The lowest score among them would probably be Toru's, with around thirty points.

"Welcome❤️~"

To Allen's surprise.

Nemuri welcomed him wearing an apron over lace underwear.

"Today we're having a big dinner to celebrate!~"

"I haven't been accepted into U.A. yet," Allen said.

Nemuri was a woman with the beauty of a model and the charm of a succubus. If Allen were an ordinary man, he would have given in to his primal instincts by this point, but as someone who had faced countless battles (and beauties), he didn't give in so easily to carnal temptations.

Even so, he walked past Nemuri and spanked her on her sexy cake.

"Ah!"

"Sis, I know it's part of your personality, but you have to understand how hard it is for a healthy young man like me not to feel provoked when you insist on wearing nothing but underwear around the house..."

Nemuri blushed. She often dressed lightly at home, but she didn't realize that at some point Allen had grown up to the point of seeing her as a woman, and it embarrassed her greatly.

She pouted. "There's nothing wrong with relaxing at home! And a healthy young man wouldn't look at his sister with lewd eyes!"

Allen ignored Nemuri and went to dinner. That woman would come up with any excuse before admitting she was just as shameless as he was.
