Underneath the ocean, a green submarine was going through the ocean. At the front of the submarine there was a jolly roger symbol. It was a triangular skull face. It had a Mexican style sombrero hat and shakes on either side.
Inside the submarine, the air was thick with the scent of food and drink. Groups of men sat gathered around various tables, all sporting wide-brimmed sombrero hats. Some drank, while others ate.
"This is good food," one remarked between bites.
"We always eat good food," another replied with a smirk.
"Let's drink to that," a third chimed in, raising his cup.
At a nearby table, a man shuffled cards.
"We don't have all day," another said.
"I am picking," he responded.
Toward the back of the submarine, a man climbed up a ladder. He reached the top and saw two large figures seated around a table.
There he saw a tall, Mexican-looking man. He had brown hair and a thin mustache. His chin and nose were quite long. He had a rather sleepy look on his face. He had pale green earrings on each of his ears. He wore a purple poncho with colored edges and an extra-wide brimmed sombrero. He had a guitar in his hand. He wore an unbuttoned jacket with matching pants, and a simple belt, pointed boots.
Next to him was a small and round man. He was wearing a red and yellow mask. He had a scruffy beard, and brown hair on the back of his neck and over his head from under his mask. He wore a bright yellow jacket with its sleeves rolled up. He also wore dark pants and white boots.
The man climbed the ladder.
"Vice Captain Corto," he called out.
Corto barely shifted his gaze. "What?" he responded.
"We have word from Big Boss Shiki," the man on the ladder responded.
Everyone looked up.
"Well finally we have waited so long," Corto said with a big smile on his face.
"Bring a transponder snail here," he added. He looked at his brother. "Big bro Largo, we did it. If we can join Shiki`s party it is our chance to be successful.
Largo played his guitar. He then laughed.
"Why are you crying big bro?" Corto asked.
"My beloved brother, Corto," Largo responded as he had a tear in his eye. "I am very sad. If the plan Senior Shiki has comes true, the world will be filled with sorrow," he added.
He took a pause. "When I think of thousands of voices in distress, it makes me very very sad," he added.
"Here is the transponder snail," Corto said as he put the Transponder snail on the table.
The Transponder snail said, "Are you Largo, Captain of the Amigo Pirates?"
Corto grabbed the speaker. "No, I am Vice captain of the Amigo Pirates," he responded. "What do you want?" he asked.
"I have come to let you know, we have decided. To welcome the Amigo Pirates and Captain Largo as the 51st Captain of the Shiki Assembly," the Transponder snail said.
"No surprise," Coroto laughed.
"However there is a condition you must fulfill before you join us," the Transponder snail added.
"Condition?" Largo asked.
Up on the surface of the ocean, the Miss Love Geese stood anchored on an island. Rubis and Emeraude were on the Third Floor. Rubis had a hammer in her hand and was hammering away. At the same time, Emeraude was fixing a dent. They both were working on Batan.
"We are getting close to fixing one of the Guardians," Rubis commented.
"Yes we are very close," Emeraude agreed.
"We would have finished earlier," Rubis said as she swung her hammer.
"But our Captain needed our help," Emeraude said.
"For him we would do anything," Rubis joked.
"We would for sure," Emeraude said in a serious tone.
"You are really in love with him sis," Rubis said.
"You are as well," Emeraude shot back.
"My Emperor is special," NT said as she walked towards them,
"Hey NT," Emeraude said.
"Hello both," NT said. "The repairs are almost done," she added.
"They are, how long are we staying here?" Rubis asked.
"It should be a few more hours to load up the supply," NT responded. "Cherry and Ivy have gone into town," she added.
"They both worked incredibly hard gathering all those supplies," Emeraude said.
"They did for sure," Rubis responded. She wiped a sweat from her forehead. "I wonder where that large beetle went," she asked.
Meanwhile on the island, Ivy and Cherry walked along the coastline. There was a long path. "Big sis, look at all the berries," Cherry said as she pointed to them.
"Cherry, they might be poisonous," Ivy responded. She was dressed in a black short-sleeved top, paired with a beige skirt. The skirt was cinched at the waist with a beige ribbon. She thought these clothes were expensive, however Princess Vivi insisted they had them. She was kind, very kind. "Keep away from them," she added.
"Big sis you worry too much," Cherry said with a smile on her face. "I need to tell Captain Ben about it," she teased.
"Tell him what," Ivy responded with a flush on her face. She looked embarrassed.
At that moment, a brown-haired girl wearing a yellow clip and a backwards marine cap came running towards Ivy and Cherry. She was wearing a pink shirt, with yellowish shorts, along with the cape of the marines. She also had a black messenger bag hanging over her shoulder.
"You two, you are pirates," she shouted.
"We are?" Cherry asked.
"Yes, I saw you both walk out from the ship and that ship hurted Big Boss," she responded.
"Who are you? And who is boss?" Ivy asked.
"I am Yoko, the protector of this island," Yoko responded. "And Boss is the beetle which you tried to kill," she added.
"It attacked us," Cherry responded.
"That is because you are pirates," Yoko responded. "And Pirates are all the same, they kill and murder," she shouted. She thought back to her father and how he was killed fighting a group of pirates by himself. "I will beat you both," she said as she charged towards them.
Ivy was about to grab her however Cherry intervened.
Cherry grabbed her hand. "We were captured by a nasty evil pirate," Cherry responded.
Yoko looked up. She was struggling however she stopped. "Then you know," Yoko responded.
"But we were saved by Princess Vivi and Ben, both who are pirates," Cherry responded.
"Cherry is right, not all pirates are evil," Ivy said. She knew some were good people.
"You are lying," Yoko shouted. "Pirates are all the same," she added.
Cherry and Ivy looked at her. Yoko took a step back. "I will prove you are both evil," Yoko said as she ran away.
Cherry and Ivy looked at each other. "Big sis, she was strange," Cherry said.
"Stubborn as you," Ivy said.
"I am not stubborn," Cherry responded.
