Raki kept pressing forward. There was sweat dripping down her brow as she panted.
Before she could move again, Oars's massive shadow loomed over her. With a guttural roar, he swung his colossal fist downward.
The blow connected with a bone-shaking impact as he slammed Raki into the ground. The earth cracked and cratered beneath her. Her debris exploded outward.
"You were staring at me," Oars rumbled as his massive hand brushed across his cheek. His fingers scraped against the hardened surface. "My face is stone," she said.
"Raki," Vivi cried out.
From the crater, Raki's voice rose. "I'm okay," she said as she staggered to her feet. Her body was battered and bruised. There was blood trickling down the side of her head. She pulled out a can and uncorked it and drank deeply.
A faint glow spread across her body as the wounds closed and bruises faded. Within moments, she stood tall again.
Chopper's eyes widened in disbelief. "Your injuries they're gone?" he asked.
Kaya flew down. "It's a special drink we discovered. But we don't have many left," she said. She thought there was a limited supply however it was over 10,000. That would be plenty for their journey and maybe they can give a few out if Ben said so.
"Incredible," Chopper whispered.
Kalifa looked around. "Was it wise to reveal that to them?" she asked as she looked at Raki healing.
Mikita shrugged. "Ben and Luffy seem like best friends. If there's anyone we can trust, it's them," she replied.
"They did help us in Enies Lobby," Zala added.
"Don't stop now," Alvida shouted as she leapt high into the air. Her boots slammed against Oars's massive arm as she sprinted up his body with surprising speed.
"Kanabo Smash," she said as with both hands gripped her mace and swung it overhead and brought it down with devastating force against Oars's stone-plated face. The impact echoed like thunder. There were cracks spiderwebbed across the hardened surface. Fragments started to break away. A jagged hole tore open in the stone, revealing decaying flesh beneath. Oars reeled back. His massive hand clutched at the damaged side of his face."My face, it's gone," Oars growled as he lowered his massive head. With a sudden lunge, he slammed his forehead forward.
The headbutt connected with Alvida and sent her flying backward like a cannonball. Blood sprayed from her mouth as her body hurtled toward a crumbling wall.
"Spider Net," Robin said she created arms from her body. A hundred limbs intertwined, weaving together into a massive web-like net. Alvida crashed into it, The impact was absorbed before she could slam into the stone.
"Thanks," Alvida muttered as she coughed blood but managed a grin. Robin gave a curt nod.
"Good thing we caught her," Kaya said.
Mikita tilted her head as she looked at Oars's cracked face. "He looks hideous," she remarked.
"Like you when you wake up," Zala teased.
Mikita smirked. "I was about to say the same thing to you," she shot back.
Before the banter could continue, Maya stepped forward, her sword glowed with a crimson light. "Hex's Cataclysm," she said as she thrusted the blade forward. A colossal red beam erupted from the tip. It tore across the battlefield and shook the ground as it roared toward Oars.
"That power," Usopp whispered as his jaw dropped.
Zoro looked at her sword.
Oars snarled as he ripped a chunk of building from the ground and raised it as a shield. The beam obliterated the structure into dust and rubble. "That was dangerous," he muttered, before hurling the remains at Maya.
She rolled aside as she narrowly dodged as the debris exploded behind her.
Zala leapt high into the air and twisted her body. "Stinger Falcon Strike," she said as she pressed her legs together and morphing them into a single long spike. She spun like a drill and dove down and impaled Oars's chest. She pierced his skin and looked up.
The giant looked down at her. "Was that meant to hurt?" he asked.
His massive hand closed around her and pulled her out of his chest. Zala struggled and snarled, "Let go of me!"
"Gravity Stomp," Mikita shouted as she suddenly weighed as much as a boulder. She plummeted downward and her foot slammed into Oars's wrist. The shockwave among his wrist, hand and arm.
"Angel Smash," Kaya followed as her fist glowed white-hot as she drove it into the underside of Oars's hand.
The combined shockwaves forced Oars's grip to loosen, and Zala slipped free.
"Where are you going?" Oars roared as he swung his massive arm. His palm struck all three women and they smashed into the ground leaving a crater of dust and rubble.
"Damn it," Franky cursed. "He's toying with us," he added.
Vivi clenched her fists.
"He's so strong," Porche whispered.
Robin's eyes narrowed. "No. He's not strong, he's numb. Zombies don't feel pain," she said.
Alvida nodded grimly. "We are hurting him," Alvida said as she pointed to his face.
"Contract Strike," Kalifa lashed out with Lovethorn as her whip snapped toward Oars's face.
However Oars bit down on it with his massive teeth and yanked her upward. She spun her around before releasing her. Kalifa went flying.
"Too close," Zala muttered as she, Mikita and Kaya moved away.
"Moonwalk," Kalifa gasped as she kicked the air to slow her crash. She landed against a wall. She coughed blood but was still standing.
"Oni Giri," Zoro said as he crossed his two swords over his chest, the third clenched in his mouth. With a burst of speed, he dashed forward and his blades carved a devastating three-pronged slash across Oars's knee.
The giant staggered and his leg buckled slightly.
"Liquid MH5," Honey cried as a swirling green liquid above her head. It hardened into a massive shell before she hurled it at Oars. The shell exploded on impact, the corrosive liquid searing into his skin.
Oars only looked down. He was unimpressed, and swung a fist at her. Honey dissolved into liquid and reformed on the ground in her human shape. "That did nothing," she spat.
"You're coming at me too fast," Oars rumbled as he tried to hit Zoro. Zoro jumped around and dodged the attack.
At that moment, Conis's body began to transform. There were golden feathers sprouted from her arms and shoulders. Her skin glowed. Her hair flared into fiery strands, her mouth reshaped into a sharp beak.
"Sunfire Breath," she cried as the heat built in her chest before a torrent of flames erupted from her mouth. The fire streaked across the ground and struck Oars's leg. The ground beneath him melted. The skin sizzled as the flames licked through.
Oars looked down. "I'm on fire," he said casually. "I am on fire," he added as he stomped. He tried to douse the flames. He blew them out with a gust of air. He glared at her. "You did it," he said as his massive foot lashed out and kicked Conis across the ground.
She coughed blood as she flew, but before she could crash, Ashivra darted in and caught her. "Got you," she said as they landed on the ground.
"Thank you," Conis gasped as she got up.
Ashivra smiled. "No worries. That was pretty hot, like the flame on my back," she remarked. She thought her flames really did feel hot.
Conis shook her head. "The flames did nothing," she said.
"I wouldn't say that," Mikita said as she pointed.
Robin's eyes narrowed. "Look closely. His skin is gone and we can see the bone beneath," he added.
"Like his face," Alvida added.
At that moment, Lexie arrived. "Fire," Saphir said as she fired the laser cannon. The beam travelled and hit Oars in the chest. Oars staggered back.
Marianne arrived in Super Tortoise.
"Neo Horizon," Vivi said as her sword glowed dark purple. She raised it above her head. It started to gather energy. A large ball started to form. Then the ball let out a concrete beam into the same spot where Oars got hit in the chest by Lexie. His skin broke and there was a hole in his chest.
Chopper looked at him. "Zombies may not feel pain but their bones will," Chopper added. Robin and Alvida nodded.
"I am getting bored," Oars said. "New cool toys," Oars said as she looked at Lexie and Super Tortoise. He grabbed Lexie and picked the tank up.
"Lexie," Kaya shouted.
"We need to save her," Vivi said. They all nodded.
