Oars shook his massive head. He looked at Ben. "You are short and you punched me," he rumbled, before swinging his colossal fist down at Ben in his beast form.
Ben braced himself, crossing his arms just in time. The impact slammed into him like a battering ram, forcing him back across the ground. He thought that was a strong attack.
Ben smiled. "Rakshasa Blast," Ben said as he opened his jaws wide. There was dark energy swirling in his mouth. He condensed it into a massive sphere that pulsed with destructive power. The orb grew larger and larger before he launched it forward.
Oars tried to sidestep, but the explosion engulfed him. There was smoke and fire erupting from the ground.
"I got caught by it," Oars muttered as he staggered forward through the smoke. He went forward and drove his fist into Ben's stomach.
The blow sent Ben skidding back. He started to cough blood.
The girls exchanged quick glances and nodded.
"He's getting slower," Zala observed.
"This must be the poison," Alvida added as Serphina rested on her shoulder.
"It took a while," Honey said.
"With a body that size, it makes sense," Kaya explained. "The poison needed time to spread," she added.
"But he is dead so poison won't have the same effect," Chopper noted.
Ben wiped the blood from his mouth and pushed himself upright. "It has some effect. So, it's time to finish this," Ben said as his fist began to glow with black energy. The air around it warped around the attack. "Rakshasa Wave," he said as the darkness intensified. It grew denser and heavier until Ben unleashed it in a massive beam. The black beam slammed into Oars's chest. He staggered the giant backward.
"That tickles," Oars sneered, though a gaping hole had appeared in his chest. He swung again, but this time Ben caught his fist.
"I saw that coming," Ben said. He thought Oars was big. He looked at his leg and saw the broken bone. He thought the girls had done some serious damage to him however he was still fighting on.
"Nero Necrotic Beam Bullet," Vivi shouted as she raised her Gero Gero Gun. A bullet with burning eyes shot forth, while at the same time she extended her hand, firing a dark beam. The two merged midair into a single devastating strike that slammed into Oars's back. There was a violent explosion.
Oars turned his head and glared at her. "You hit me," he growled as he held Ben in place.
"That was a big explosion," Ashriva said.
"Vivi is very strong," Marianne added.
At that moment, Saphir, who was inside Lexie, fired the laser cannon. The beam tore through the air and struck Oars's chest. There was another explosion that rocked his massive body.
"Hex's Blast," Maya said as her sword glowed brighter and brighter. She thrusted it forward and unleashed a colossal red beam that streaked across the ground and slammed into Oars's side. The explosion shook the ground.
At the same time Conis looked at Oars. "Sunfire Breath," she shouted as her body glowed. There was heat building in her chest. She exhaled and released a torrent of molten flames that engulfed Oars's leg. His skin sizzled and melted away once again to reveal bone beneath.
"You're burning me again," Oars roared as he swung his leg backwards.
"Shave," Conis said as she vanished in a blur of motion. In the blink of an eye, she reappeared a few feet away. She dodged the attack.
"There will be more of that," Ben snarled as he lunged forward. He smashed his forehead into Oars's jaw with a brutal headbutt. He forced the giant to stagger back.
"Poundage Kick," Mikita said as her leg suddenly weighed 100,000 kilograms. She swung it in a devastating arc and slammed into Oars's knee. The impact detonated with a shockwave, the air rippling violently. A sickening crack echoed across the battlefield.
"We heard that," Zala said.
The giant's knee buckled slightly, however Oars still forced himself upright. "You hit me," he growled, before slamming his forehead forward.
The headbutt smashed into Ben and sent him staggering back. Ben felt some blood leaking from his lip.
"Corporate Ladder," Kalifa said as she snapped Lovethorn in a spiraling vertical arc. The whip extended upward. She struck Oars across the face with a vicious crack.
The giant's head turned toward her. However before he could retaliate, Ben lunged back in. He slammed his fist into Oars's jaw. "I'm still here," he snarled.
"You're annoying," Oars rumbled as he lifted his leg to kick. However he could not.
"Bones," Ben said coldly. "You still need them," he added.
"Angel HyperBeam," Kaya said as he unleashed a golden beam of light from her mouth. The radiant blast struck Oars square in the face. There was a bright explosion.
"You're all coming at me at once, it's unfair," Oars said as he came out from the black cloud.
A second voice echoed, "Yes it is unfair."
"Who said that?" Mikita questioned as her eyes darted around.
"It came from his stomach," Marianne pointed out.
"His stomach?" Saphir repeated.
Suddenly, a panel in Oars` stomach opened wide and revealed a cockpit inside. Inside the cockpit was Gecko Moria who had a twisted grin. "You're making a mess of my Oars, you Love Pirates and Straw Hats," Moria sneered. There was anger in his voice. "You'll pay for this," he added.
"It's Moria!" Usopp shouted as his face went pale.
"So this is the one pulling the strings," Zala muttered as she looked at him. She thought she had seen his bounty poster at one point.
"He looks creepy," Nojiko said bluntly.
Oars blinked and looked down at the cockpit in his own body. "Wow, I have a cockpit?" he said. "That is cool," he added.
Moria's grin widened. His sharp teeth glinted. "Enough games. It's time for you to unleash your full potential, Oars," he said. Moria smiled and took control of Oars' shadow. "Do it," Moria ordered.
"Gomu Gomu no Pistol," Oars said as Moria controlled Oars` shadow and stretched Oars` arm back and then launched it at Ben. Ben got hit with the massive arm and spat blood and slid back.
"He did that," Sanji said.
"That was Luffy`s move," Chopper said.
"How is that possible?" Porsche asked.
Ben coughed blood and got up. "Moria is controlling his shadow so he is able to stretch Oars` body," Ben said.
"You are the smart one," Moria laughed.
"This is going to be tough," Porche said.
At that moment Brook jumped down holding a large sack in his hand. "It may be tough but we can do it Yohoho," Brook said.
Meanwhile, Luffy was walking through the forest where he encountered two people. "Who are you?" Luffy asked.
"I am Risky Brother 1," said a large man wearing a black mask. He had curly black hair and a bandage over the mask. He has tanned skin and large lips. He also wore a torn up white shirt and torn up black tie. He had brown pants, and bandages around his wrist.
"I am Risky Brother 2," said the other brother who was tall. He had curly light brown hair with a few strands hanging down. He had thick black circles around his eyes and a bit of stubble on his chin. He sported a torn up long sleeved striped dark blue and light green shirt, and light grey pants.
"What do you want?" Luffy asked.
"Yes we know who you are and you have no time to lose," Risky Brother 2 said.
"Just give a minute," Risky Brother 1 added.
"We have a proposal for you. You want to defeat Gekko Moria?" Risk Brother 1 asked.
"Of course," Luffy responded.
"We know the secret to his power and it will give you enormous power," Risky Brother 2 said.
"Secret? Power?" Luffy asked with a puzzled face.
"Allow me to introduce her, she is Captain of the Rolling Pirates, Lola the Proposer. Her total number of proposals is 4,443," Risky Brother 2 said.
Luffy looked at the tall woman with short and thin legs. She had small eyes and a pronounced nose above her large, shiny red lips. She had a large head and pink hair. She wore a typical pirate outfit.
"My I like you. Marry me," Lola said.
"No," Luffy replied.
"He rejected her," the Risky Brothers both yelled. "That is the 4,444th person who had rejected her," they both added.
"We know you are Stawhat Luffy," Risky Brother 1 said.
"In any case, Thriller Bark has never seen such chaos. Moria`s three severants are either dead or changed and there is barely anything left of his mansion," Lola said with a smile on her face.
"But the rumor has it that the enemy`s trump card, the Special Zombie, has been awakened," Risky Brother 2 said.
"We have been without our shadows for three years. We don't want to keep living like this," Risky Brother 1 remarked.
"But we can give you power," Risky Brother 2 said.
"Save the explanation for later, show him an example," Lola ordered.
They grabbed a shadow and ran towards Luffy. "This is a Shadow," Risky Brother 1 said. "Shadows that are released upon feeding a zombie with salt can be grabbed with your bare hands," he added.
"Here goes," Risky Brother 2 said as both brothers then pushed the shadow into Luffy`s stomach.
"What are you doing?" Luffy questioned as he felt his stomach get invaded. The first shadow was forced into Luffy's body. His body jolted and his eyes widening as the shadow surged through him. For a moment, his body twitched unnaturally, then he straightened up.
Lola leaned forward. "Hey, Straw Hat, do you even know how to use a sword?" she asked.
Luffy blinked and tilted his head. "Nope," he replied.
Luffy then reached for a blade lying nearby. In one smooth motion, he swung it down. The steel cleaved straight through a thick tree and split it cleanly in half.
Luffy looked at the sword in his hand and then at the fallen tree. "I can use it now," he said in surprise.
Lola grinned. "That's how it works! Once you absorb a shadow, you gain the skills of the person it belonged to. Their strength, their techniques, it all becomes yours," she explained.
One of the Risky Brothers stepped forward. "Straw Hat, your body's tougher than most. You can probably handle twenty shadows at once," he said.
One by one, they plunged shadow into Luffy's body. They put ten, twenty, fifty and more shadows in his body. His muscles bulged unnaturally. His skin darkened blue.
The second Risky Brother stepped forward," He took a hundred shadows," he said.
Luffy's body convulsed as his body grew more and more terrifying. His eyes glowed dark. "I can feel it," Luffy said.
