In a remote forest somewhere in the land of Fire, a young man sat with his eyes closed as if in deep meditation and although he is at the age of 13 closing in on being 14, the young man had the build of a 18 year old, standing at the height of 5'11 with still room for growth. The young man had spiky yellowish blonde hair that reached down to his ears if they weren't held up by the Konoha headband. He sat bare chested on a grassy field surrounded by trees with only black pants and matching black shinobi boots on, tattoos covered his entire right arm and part of his shoulder.
Power... That's all Naruto felt coursing through his body as he continued to slowly absorb Senjutsu energy while maintaining the balance with his chakra, slowly but surely he finally achieved a perfect balance between his chakra and senjutsu.
His senses expanded beyond limit and he could suddenly perceive the smallest changes in the air to the point he could feel the leaf slowly falling from a tree 2 miles away. With his perception being enhanced by sage mode, he could feel the life energy in the atmosphere within the forest, the plants, animals, and other life forms. Its like he was blind his whole life and for the first time he could finally see. The feeling it gave was simply addictive, if one were to sum it up in one word, it would be "beautiful".
Naruto slowly opened his blue eyes and stood up, he looked at his hands and clenched his fists feeling excitement at the strength he could clearly feel being contained within them. He looks ahead, noticing a huge boulder that was next to a mountain side in the distance 'Lets see just how much my body is strengthened with the addition of senjutsu' he thought with a sense of curiosity as he took a deep breath, removing any distracting thoughts from his mind and with his senses guiding him, he disappeared from his spot and reappeared in front of said boulder, arm stretched back and...
BANG...
A sound of something exploding was heard through out the forest, birds flew out of the trees flying up to the clear blue sky and dust rose from the mountain side from where Naruto was located.
As he stood there, observing his handy work, he couldn't help but show a hint of satisfaction at his achievement because ahead of him where the boulder stood, was a crater that extended deep into the mountain itself, as if a huge drill had gone through the mountain, leaving a big crater 80 meters wide 35 meters deep hole in it.
'Hmm, right now if I were to use the same amount of power to punch a genin, they would die from the shockwave alone before my fist even lands, a Chunin would also instantly die as for elite Jonin... they might also die if they dont enhance their body with chakra but I need to test further in order to get a precise understanding. Currently my body hasn't reached its prime state yet but at my current rate of development, it should reach it's peak state before I return to the village. Its truly amazing how useful Nine Tails's chakra is when used right.' thought Naruto with devious smile as he examined the scene after demonstrating a senjutsu enhanced fist.
After testing the effects of sage chakra for a few more minutes and leaving a big portion of the forest in shambles, he got a good understanding on its side effects and positive effects.
It turns out that he can only maintain that form for 6 minutes and would be forced to replenish it after each use by standing still. However that can be countered with the use of clones but Naruto is not content with such a draw back as it leaves him vulnerable and he can't simply have infinite number of clones in scrolls all the time, no what he needs to do is find another way to passively absorb sage chakra even while fighting or a way to shorten the time it takes to absorb the sage chakra.
'Right now it takes me about 2 minutes to fully recharge the sage chakra but what if I go in an out of sage mode for a period of time and thus increasing my mastery over it, hence decreasing the time it takes to absorb the energy? I'll use the shadow clones to speed up the process.' thought Naruto with a thoughtful expression on his face as he headed towards a river close by in order to freshen up and meet up with Jiraiya at a small town on the east of where he was.
While Naruto was in the river, not to far away 5 shadows with blank masks covering their faces crept along the trees, observing him while concealing their presence and communicating with each other silently. One of the shadows who was most likely a man due to his build said in a hushed voice "The order was to just observe, do not engage and if discovered, retreat", the others nodded and spread around into a triangle formation, the one who seemed like the leader staying at the front.
3 minutes later
The presumed leader of this suspicious group heard a thump behind him as if something heavy hit the ground, turning around to find the cause of the sudden noise, he was shocked to find 4 bodies that had their throats cut bleeding and dying the earth red at his feet and their surveillance target standing in front of him with a kunai, looking at him in a way that truly terrified him 'Impossible, ho..' He thought before his head was cut of with a quick swing of their target's kunai but just before he was put into a an eternal slumber though, he took a glance at the river and saw their "target" disappearing in smoke.
Naruto's pov
As I was cleaning myself in the river, I noticed 5 chakra signature entering my perception, judging from their chakra levels, they seem to be a team composed of one Jonin, and four elite Chunin.
Without alerting them, I went under the water and used Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique while simultaneously leaving a shadow clone in my stead, who in turn surfaced out of the water in the most natural way possible without leaving any gap for suspicion.
As I exited out of the ground some distance behind them while concealing my presence entirely, I looked at these pathetic bastards who even though they have access to this amazing thing called chakra, allowed themselves to be mere puppets, dancing at the tune of their master. I cant remember how many of them I have killed so far and yet he keeps sending more...
At first they were the perfect target practice for my initial training but now, they are just nuisance. sighing, I drew a simple kunai, applying wind chakra to enhance its sharpness. I instantly appeared behind my first victim on the right side of their triangle formation. Before she could utter a sound, I cut her throat with mastery.
Without halting my advance, I was already upon the next insect doing the same to him and before their bodies hit the floor, I already did the same to two more and with sheer speed alone I came back to them, grabbed their bodies from their falling motion and dropped them behind the their Jonin leader just for the fun of it. As he turned around and processed the situation, I could literally feel the fear oozing out of him. Before he thought any further on the situation however, I cut off his head without any difficulties.
After going through their things and not finding anything of importance, I burned them and watched their ashes scatter with the wind. One can never be too careful, specially in a world where people crawl out of their graves like damn zombies.

Naruto put on some fresh clothes after washing off the blood off his hands. He had on Sleeveless cargo vest and over it he wore a black high collared jacket whit rolled back sleeves. Black combat pants with black shinobi boots.

10 minutes later
Naruto walked into a bar, he looked around for a bit as if looking for someone specific and after finding his target casually walked over, sat down next to him and ordered some sake.
Jiraiya's Pov
As I was drinking sake, thinking about what to write for my next novel I felt a huge, calm and cold chakra outside of the bar and I instantly knew he had come.
As he walked in, I can't help but be proud of the man he has become, at first I was concerned about his personality change and I still am to an extent but as he learned everything I taught him like a sponge and progressed faster than I could've ever imagined, I begun to see the positives in the situation. 1 and half year, that's all it took him to learn everything I had to teach, granted the shadow clones helped in the process due to his cheat like chakra battery, now all that's left for me to teach him is how to control the Nine Tail and I am sure that will not be a problem for him either. "sigh..."
What really got me worried though is the hunger for power he seem to have. He pushes himself in training to an extreme extend, sometimes I had to literally force him to take a breather but it seems like he is chasing something, and I have no idea what that is. If it was even a year ago, I would've thought that he still wanted to go after the uchiha brat but I am certain that's not the case now...
