Ma Lin thought of the word 'civilization' again, realizing these relationships no longer resembled primitive ones.
There were officials, flatterers, lackeys, and those being bullied.
Unfortunately, he was one of those being bullied.

The primitive man on 'Blue Face's' left said, "Why do you ask so many questions? Just tie them quickly as you're told."
'Blue Face' said, "If the tying doesn't satisfy me, see how I'll teach you a lesson."
Ma Lin found them all very annoying but still decided to get to work.
