Thanks to Song Moonho's ridiculous "offer," the Static in his head stopped ringing because he got pissed.
He couldn't help it since he remembered what happened before.
When he was on a rampage a year ago, it was Song Moonho who apprehended him by knocking him out.
He would never forget that pain (and humiliation) for the rest of his life.
"Oh, you're still sober," Song Moonho teased him. "I thought I made the wrong decision of bringing you here."
"So, you knew the risk."
"Yes, and I still took it because the alternative wasn't ideal. I would have gone on a rampage had I gone all out," Song Moonho said, pulling out a small vial from the inner pocket of his suit. "I took a sample of the rain earlier since I suspect that the rain has the properties to trigger Static. I'll take this to Semi Noona later."
