"Mila, no need to see me off. I can go back on my own, and I'll come over again this evening," Scarlett Taylor said with a smile in the courtyard to Mila Anderson, who was seeing her out. Scarlett wasn't carrying the insulated food container. Julia hadn't yet eaten the delicious meal Scarlett had brought, so Scarlett hadn't taken the container back. Besides, there was another one at home, and by the time Scarlett returned in the evening, Julia would likely have finished her meal.
Mila Anderson's face was now glowing with health, and she looked as if she had grown younger by a decade. She hadn't visited the beauty salon for the past couple of days, too busy taking care of her precious grandson and her maternal grandson. Even with many servants at home and her sisters-in-law all eager to help with the children, she couldn't bring herself to go to the beauty salon. She would only check on it occasionally since it was very close by, right outside the entrance of the Golden Kirin Garden.
