"Perfect, it's all my favorite food. You know how to shop."
Sofia Hamilton smiled, her face still pale and weak.
Completely exhausted, she didn't even have the energy to lift her hand.
Lily smiled, but couldn't help muttering in her heart—Ryan Gregory sure was strange.
He obviously cared so much about Arthur Baker, assigning Sofia to stay by Arthur's side, but why didn't he show up himself?
Sigh...
If only I could meet a man like that, life would be so much better.
Lily couldn't help but ask, "Mr. Baker, do you have feelings for Mr. Greene?"
Could it be that Mr. Baker likes Harry Greene, and Ryan Gregory stepped back because of it?
Sofia laughed softly. "Why would you ask such a thing?"
"Just curious."
"Oh, it's nothing like that."
She had never truly cared much about Harry Greene...
It's just that, whenever she thought of Ryan Gregory, she'd end up interacting with Harry Greene.
You could call it spite.
But honestly, she felt foolish doing so.
