She never doubted him, because during her most helpless and painful times, he was always by her side, comforting her.
But who would have known, the one who dragged her into hell was actually him.
Sofia Hamilton looked at him in disbelief, stunned, "Is this true?"
Her eyes were red with tears, hoping he would say it was not.
But he hesitated...
His expression, or perhaps Regina Brown's gloating face, already confirmed the truth of the matter.
Regina Brown curled her lips, "I'll be here for two days, if you want to buy, come to me, otherwise..."
She left the words unfinished, but the remaining meaning, she believed Arthur Baker would understand.
Her shares were not many, but for him now, if his shares were even slightly less than Sofia Hamilton's, even by a fraction, it was unacceptable!
This would mean failure!
To truly acquire the Baker Family, one must first secure the highest stakes to have a say.
