Could he be going to the office?
Sofia Hamilton walked in curiously, moving to his side. "You're dressed so formally this early. Are you heading to the office?"
Ryan Gregory handed her his tie as he said, "There's a meeting in Y City, I need to attend it personally. I'll be back tonight."
"Y City?" Sofia remembered—it's only a four-hour drive from here to Y City.
In reality, it's just another second-tier city in the same province.
Even though it's only four hours, she couldn't help but feel uneasy.
"How about I go with you?"
She wanted to stay by his side—only then did she feel at ease.
"No need. I'll be back soon. Besides, it's just a meeting over there; you'll only end up bored."
