The instant Mary began to speak, Kris Cooper's gaze shifted towards her. As she met his icy eyes, she promptly fell silent, too intimidated to utter another word.
"Yes!" Kylo Sail pressed her lips together. "Earlier I saw her... she walked into the storage room, carrying a USB stick in her hand. When she saw me, she nervously stuffed the USB stick into her bag."
"I'll prove right now that you're talking nonsense!"
Anger clouded Mary's face as she yanked her purse open, turning it upside down and violently shaking its contents onto the ground.
CLATTER, CLATTER. Makeup, her cell phone… a myriad of items scattered across the floor, among them a tiny red USB stick.
Kylo Sail bent down and picked up the USB stick from the ground.
"Are you still going to deny it now?"
Mary stared at the USB stick in Kylo Sail's hand, her face instantly paling. She turned to Kris Cooper, speaking hurriedly.
