"I understand." Vera Wave took a light breath, "Thank you, Brother Andre!"
On the other end of the phone, Andre Colin chuckled softly.
"Didn't I tell you, no need to be formal with Brother Andre, just speak up if you need anything in the future."
"You can go to sleep now!"
Kris Cooper reached over and blocked Andre Colin's voice on the other end of the call with his finger.
Left calling him Brother Andre, right calling him Brother Andre, hasn't known him for so long and never seen him this affectionate with anyone!
The call ended, and the room immediately quieted down.
Kris Cooper looked up, gazing earnestly at Vera Wave.
"Vera, do you believe me now?"
Holding the phone, meeting the man's gaze in front of her, Vera Wave stared into his amber eyes, and countless details flashed through her mind.
"Oh right!" Kris Cooper's eyes suddenly lit up, "I have more evidence..."
Taking the phone from her hand, Kris Cooper extended his large hand to support his knee.
