Frantically running forward, she saw a car and instinctively rushed towards it for help.
The two guys who had chased her out seemed a bit scared when they saw the car and didn't pursue her anymore. Just as she let her guard down, the car suddenly started and flung her away.
She was holding onto the car door and was immediately dragged to the ground.
She watched as the car reversed, then drove towards her. Vera Wave looked shocked, but driven by the instinct for survival, she ran as fast as she could.
